MDS Staffing is seeking Inside Sales Coordinator to join our customer’s growing team and be a key part of constructing dreams across Minnesota and beyond.

With multiple offices located in Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin, they’ve been designing and building a wide range of structures—from commercial to residential and agricultural—since 1985. About the Role

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator who can seamlessly blend strong organizational and administrative skills with a proactive, sales-minded approach. This role is not just about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—it’s about helping move opportunities forward, supporting our Sales Consultants, and ensuring our customers have a positive, informed, and efficient experience from first contact to final paperwork.

 

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads—qualify prospects, gather details, and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants.Support Sales Consultants in preparing proposals, contracts, change orders, and follow-up communications.Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline tracking.Proactively reach out to prospects and past customers to nurture relationships and uncover new opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimating, production) to keep projects moving and customers informed.Answer and direct incoming calls and emails with professionalism and attention to detail.

 

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Proactive, sales-minded approach with comfort initiating follow-up calls and emails.Detail-oriented, thorough, and dependable in completing administrative and sales-related tasks.Competent with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and multi-line phone systems.Previous CRM experience preferred; prior inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
