Junior Sales Assistant

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Assistant to join their dynamic, in-office sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start as a Sales Assistant under a 5-month training program. Upon successful completion of the training and meeting performance benchmarks, the candidate will transition to a full-time Sales Representative position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Remote Customer Engagement: Communicate with clients exclusively via phone and email, providing detailed information about our products and services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
· Sales Support: Support the sales team with in-office tasks, including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs.
· Product Knowledge: Build a deep understanding of the company's product line to effectively explain features and benefits to customers.
· Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records, assist in preparing sales reports, and manage sales systems and tools.
· Market Research: Identify potential clients and market opportunities to help drive sales growth.
Training Program:The 5-month in-office training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in sales. This program includes:
· Product Training: Comprehensive sessions on our acoustic solutions and sustainable materials.
· Sales Techniques: Training in effective phone and email communication to build relationships with remote customers.
· Mentorship: Guidance from experienced sales professionals to support your development.
Upon successful completion of the program and demonstration of key competencies, you will be offered a full-time Sales Representative position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
· Must work in-office; no remote work opportunities.
· Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail); experience with CRM software is a plus.
