Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Manager to join their high-performing retail chain. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be overseeing all store operations, providing outstanding customer experience, and leading the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. What You’ll Do

 

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Train & develop the team, providing regular performance feedback and plan & approve staffing schedules every week.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to meet or exceed sales targets and operational goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  • Implement sales campaigns
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
  • Monitor and maintain store budget, manage expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products.
  • Liaise with senior management to implement company strategies and initiatives.

 

 

What You’ll Need

 

  • 5 years of successful experience as a Store Manager in luxury or contemporary fashion retail, overseeing a team of 10-15 people.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Efficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Email, etc).
