Our fintech startup client has an immediate need for a highly driven and energetic Client Manager. This role combines high-level client relationship management with comprehensive administrative support for the founder of a dynamic business. The company focuses on connecting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, investors, founders, and entertainers through curated dinners and exclusive networking events. The Client Manager will oversee client portfolios, ensure smooth operations, and drive business growth while managing administrative tasks to support the founder’s daily activities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide strategic guidance and support.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

  • Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring they receive high-quality service.

Account Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and offerings within existing accounts.

  • Proactively seek ways to add value and increase revenue.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies aligned with their goals.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and data analysis.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the founder’s email inbox, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to high-priority emails while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Organize and maintain the founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and events to optimize time management.

  • Prepare meeting materials, handle correspondence, and follow up on action items.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing exclusive networking dinners and fundraising events, managing all logistics from venue booking to guest invitations.

  • Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, and follow-up communications with attendees.

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues promptly.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable processes for client accounts.

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

  • Collaborate with finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track client performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Prepare and present reports on account status, growth opportunities, and financial metrics.

Travel Coordination:

  • Book travel arrangements for the founder, ensuring smooth itineraries for business trips.

General Office Support:

  • Manage administrative duties such as file management, research, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Support special projects and tasks as assigned by the founder or leadership team.

 

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing key client relationships and achieving growth targets.

  • Experience managing invoices and accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial processes and billing systems.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
