Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager or Assistant Manager to lead one of their thriving retail locations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing sales campaigns, managing scheduling, and driving sales while fostering a positive and productive environment for your team. You will also manage payroll budgeting, conduct regular employee reviews, and hold weekly meetings with sales associates to maintain alignment and motivation.
