A nationally respected Consumer Financial Services litigation team is seeking an associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. This position is ideal for a litigator who enjoys deep legal research and writing and is eager to play an active role in strategy, motion practice, and discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and argue dispositive and procedural motions
• Conduct and manage written and oral discovery
• Collaborate with partners to develop litigation strategy for financial services clients
• Participate in client counseling and case development
• Handle matters related to business, commercial, and financial services litigation

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience in business, commercial, or financial services matters
• Admitted and in good standing in California
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis
• Excellent academic credentials and professional references
• Effective communicator with keen attention to detail and strategic thinking ability

Compensation:

• Salary range: $235,000 – $275,000, based on experience and qualifications
