A nationally recognized Finance & Banking practice is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years) to join its Fund Finance team in Washington, DC. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex fund finance transactions with high-profile clients across the private equity and investment fund landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent lenders and fund sponsors in a wide range of subscription credit facilities and other fund finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and fund-related agreements
• Manage deal process and client communication alongside partners and senior attorneys
• Conduct due diligence and support closings on complex credit arrangements

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of finance experience at a law firm, with exposure to fund finance strongly preferred
• Excellent academic credentials and legal research skills
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities
• Must be licensed and in good standing in DC

Compensation:

• Salary range: $275,000 – $350,000, depending on experience
