Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Seaside, Oregon. In this role, you'll be a key part of the pharmacy management team, helping to coordinate daily operations and oversee the work of pharmacists and technicians.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of safe, accurate, and cost-effective pharmacy services by collaborating with other pharmacists and the broader healthcare team. This is a leadership-focused position, perfect for a pharmacist looking to grow their skills in preparation for a future leadership role.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily organizational and operational activities of the pharmacy.
Oversee and provide guidance to pharmacists and technicians in pharmacy operations.
Manage staffing schedules based on workload and staff availability.
Lead the integrated provision of safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmacy services.
Collaborate with peer pharmacists and other healthcare team members.
Oversee a specific area or specialty within the pharmacy department (e.g., central unit dose, IV room, satellite pharmacy).
Qualifications
Required:
PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Current Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, and CAP tools.
