This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care across multiple hospital locations, offering a diverse range of clinical experiences. Opportunities include working in a critical access facility with low patient volume and a Level IV Trauma designation, a community-based hospital with low-volume emergency services, a provisional Level III Trauma Center serving a regional population, and a comprehensive Level I Trauma Center providing advanced emergency care. Each site features an on-site helipad for efficient patient transfers, a fully integrated EMR system, access to 16 specialty consult services, and tele-neurology support. Additionally, 24/7 OB and Radiology coverage ensures comprehensive patient care.
Physicians can choose between a $100,000 starting bonus or a $200,000 loan repayment option. The salary ranges from $323,000 to $406,000, with 272 hours of PTO annually and performance-based bonus incentives. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and a retirement savings plan with employer contributions. Additional perks include licensure and DEA certificate fee reimbursement, a $10,000 referral bonus for successful physician hires, and opportunities for family medicine and non-EM boarded physicians.
We support professional development with 14 days of dedicated meeting time and flexible CME benefits, allowing physicians to convert one week of CME into additional PTO. Financial assistance is available for conference registration, certification, and professional memberships. Teaching opportunities within residency and fellowship programs, as well as mentorship and leadership training, provide pathways for career advancement.
To ensure a smooth transition, this opportunity offers relocation assistance of up to $15,000, along with support for partner employment placement. Physicians will have access to networking and social groups, fostering connections within the professional community. A dedicated onboarding team is available to streamline integration and provide guidance throughout the transition process.
This role is well-suited for physicians seeking to join a nonprofit, physician-led healthcare system that prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered care in both rural and regional settings.
Additional benefits include visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, and interview travel reimbursement. This is a full-time position that does not require prior management experience, though candidates must hold a professional degree to qualify.
