Our client is an industry leader in the tech rental industry, providing a wide range of POS, event management, and IT solution rentals. They partner with top brands including Square, Shopify, and Eventbrite, serving an impressive lineup of industries and verticals.
They seek an Enterprise Account Executive (outbound sales) to join its growing team. You will be responsible for targeting and acquiring new enterprise customers, showcasing how their solutions meet their needs and drive their success.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
· Structure and negotiate contracts to close deals that meet customer needs while supporting company goals.
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast results, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
· Build relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders & partners.
· Partner with internal teams to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
· Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to ensure success.
· Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market shifts
Qualifications
· 3+ years of enterprise sales and/or business development experience.
· Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
· Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent negotiation skills.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Highly organized with strong time management skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
· Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
· Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Salary is 100K +/- with OTE 2x your base. Plus solid benefits
