Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the commercial landscape maintenance sector. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our company's growth in the Denver area.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Work closely with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery aligns with sales promises.
Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and professional associations to promote our services.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance our visibility and lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
3+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in landscape maintenance, property management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of the Denver market and commercial landscape industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and sales cycles simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
