Your Role with the Company:
As an Engineering Manager you will play a key role in shaping the future of the client's products and services. You will lead the conceptualization and design in accordance with project requirements. You will also proficiently use CAD software to create detailed models and drawings, overseeing the prototyping process. You will collaborate with the R&D and Manufacturing teams and communicate design concepts, specifications and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and create and maintain comprehensive design documents including drawings, specifications and test reports.

Experience Profile:
- Bachelor in Engineering or sufficient job experience preferred
- 10+ years years of engineering experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, AutoCAD
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills
