We are seeking several experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion throughout Michigan.
\nThe ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience overseeing commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
\n\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through final completion.
\nManage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project goals are met.
\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to define project scope and deliverables.
\nOversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
\nConduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, and provide updates to stakeholders.
\nIdentify and mitigate risks or issues that could impact project delivery.
\nManage procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
\nPrepare and maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, change orders, and cost estimates.
\nEnsure all project team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
\nFoster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
\nMinimum 4 years of experience in construction project management or construction supervision.
\nProven track record of managing projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and safety regulations.
\nProficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
\nOSHA 30 certification is a plus.
