Join a team at a newly renovated restaurant! They pride themselves on offering exceptional guest experiences. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee daily operating procedures, ensure staff is adequately scheduled and manage inventory 
  • Recruit, train and supervise all staff members and provide feedback and evaluations as necessary 
  • Develop budgets and financial reports, negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, monitor sales and implement cost-saving measures when needed 
  • Collaborate with team to ensure effective marketing and promotion is in place to bring in new customers 
  • Address all operational issues and ensure customer feedback is handled 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management, business or related field preferred 
  • 2+ years experience in a restaurant management role or similar role with proven track record 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
