About the Company: 
Established in 1996 is a family owned and operated business headquartered in Burton Mi. The business specializes in the; sale, fabrication, and installation of granite and quartz countertops. With majority of business in Genesee and surrounding counties, we provide goods and service through-out the state of Michigan. We sell our products through our retail showroom, to builders, contractors, and to a network of partnered showrooms. This is a custom product. Majority of our clients are homeowners and professionals
 
Job Details 
  • 100% in office position 
  • Monday-Friday 
  • Part-time (>29 hours per week) 
  • Hours of operation: 8:30am-5pm, M/W/F & 8:30-6pm, Tuesday & Thursday 
  • Schedule can be flexible within the listed hours and will remain consistent week to week
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Data Entry 
    • Process and enter new sales
    • Set-up accounts in CMS as directed by sales staff 
  • Call Clients upon receiving new order 
    • Welcome/Thank you call 
    • Briefly review project with client 
  • Schedule Jobs 
    • Call clients
    • Coordinate multiple jobs
  • Answer calls and take messages 
  • Greet customers as needed 
 
Requirements: 
  • Experience working with phones and computers 
  • Experience with date entry 
  • Customer Service 
  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn
