A newly renovated hotel that offers a unique experience to its guests is looking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join their team and be the first point of contact for guests. 
 
Job Summary: 
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check in and check out process for our guests, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining the hotel's image of excellence. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Assist guests with check in and check out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle reservations, cancellations and modifications in the hotel's booking system. 
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. 
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner. 
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. 
  • Process payments in the hotel's billing system. 
  • Follow hotel security protocols and maintain guest privacy and confidentiality. 
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as necessary. 
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in a similar role, hospitality industry preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
