The Network Manager is responsible for design, maintenance and configuration of the enterprise voice and data network that meets business needs and security standards. Responsibilities include managing the teams that support network, voice and video support across the organization. This resource will also manage network, voice video vendors and carrier relationships.

This is a senior role within the Technology organization with additional infrastructure oversight responsibilities.  Ability to communicate to senior leadership and colleagues, network design, opportunities are equally as important as technical expertise and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Network, Voice, Video team including performance, mentoring, and hiring
  • Evaluate current network and telecommunications platforms to support continuous improvements for scalability, performance, and availability
  • Lead technical evaluations of new technology and service offering
  • Manage Network, Telco vendors and suppliers working with procurement, legal and IT peers on negotiations and renewals
  • Drive root cause analysis on network, Telco and video related issues and provide plans for remediation and solutions to prevent future problems
  • Develop processes to confirm the effective operation of these systems, troubleshooting and prompt resolution of all issues
  • Manage workflow of Network, Telco, and Video projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years Network engineering and management experience
  • Deep understanding of network and telecommunications designs and topologies
  • Experience with Cisco router, switches, ISE WIFI, and product line
  • Experience with Avaya phone systems IVR, voice recording,  SIPs and cloud phone systems
  • Familiarity with managing Zoom for corporate conferencing needs
  • Experience in network security technologies and good understanding of information security best practices
