MID-LEVEL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a top-tier AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile intellectual property and commercial disputes for some of the most innovative companies in the world.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam.

  • 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience.

  • Strong background in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

  • Ability to manage complex cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in high-stakes copyright, trademark, trade secret, and commercial litigation matters.

  • Handle all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda with strategic insight.

  • Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, trial preparation, and client counseling.

  • Appear in federal and state courts, as well as before regulatory agencies.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation: includes a salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 (determined by experience and market factors), along with opportunities to earn a discretionary performance-based bonus.
