Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to determine individual needs and objectives.
Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans, grounded in the principles of ABA.
Provide direct behavior therapy, ensuring adherence to established protocols and treatment strategies.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including caregivers and educators, to design comprehensive intervention strategies.
Analyze data to monitor progress and refine treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Offer training and continuous support to caregivers and professionals executing intervention strategies.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and autism treatment.

Qualifications:

Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.
A minimum of one year of experience in providing behavior analysis services.
In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
Experience in conducting thorough behavior assessments and developing intervention plans.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
