Education & Experience:

·         3+ years of experience providing Infrastructure support for a complex environment to include Corporate and Retail Operations

 

Skills Needed:

·         Be innovative, positive, proactive, self-motivated and readily embrace change

·         Experience interacting with internal business customers and the IT Team

·         Proven ability to identify requirements needed to develop solutions/enhancements

·         Proven ability to test developed solutions and provide feedback to Infrastructure Team prior to solution deployment

·         Working knowledge of Cyber Security systems and tools is desired

 

Job Duties:

·         Reports to the Team Leader Infrastructure Admin Team

·         Perform day-to-day support of our Infrastructure Environment

·         Tier 2 Support of Helpdesk Escalated Issues with Support of Infrastructure Admin Team

·         Retail Store Hardware Support

·         Participate in Design and Architecture Meetings for Infrastructure Projects

·         Ensure Issues are resolved in a timely manner

·         Perform Monitoring of Infrastructure environment with timely response to automated alerts

·         Plan, prioritize and execute activity associated with assignments

·         Recommend Enhancements/Improvements for “State of Art” Environment

·         Create and Deliver Documentation for changes to Infrastructure Environment

·         Provide courteous, complete and timely support for end users

·         Work well within a team environment and alongside external partners

·         Travel will be required for Corporate/Retail Projects as needed
