This is a six-person startup company developing a new technology and trying to bring it to market quickly.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept it:
The main objective of this role will be to build an electrolyzer/fuel cell combo (20kW in, 10kW out) and then scale that technology from there. This will be the first iteration of this technology, which is ultimately a stored energy source, produced in a carbon free way.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or something closely related
- 8+ years of post-college industry experience, with previous experience working with fuel cells and/or electrolyzers.
- An ideal candidate would have experience putting electrolyzers and fuel cells together; and be able anticipate some of the technical hurdles this project will face, not only with the first iteration, but also with scaling.
