Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Ellucian Banner SIS Functional Lead to spearhead the technical strategy, integration, and support of the institution’s Banner Student Information System. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operation, system integrity, and scalability of Banner SIS across academic and administrative functions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical authority for the Banner SIS environment, with a deep focus on Banner Student modules (Admissions, Registration, Academic History, and Financial Aid integration).Oversee integration of Banner Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver Banner configurations or customizations.Develop and maintain technical documentationTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to SISEnsure compliance with security protocols, data governance policies, and FERPA regulations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Ellucian Banner SIS, including Banner 9 and Ethos Integration.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Workday, Power BI, or Data Warehousing in higher ed environments.Exposure to Ellucian Degree Works, Reporting, or Banner Document
