General Liability Defense Side Attorney

Compensation: The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Our client is a leading mid-sized law firm with offices around the tri-state and Florida. They are currently seeking a General Liability Defense-side Attorney with 2-4 years of experience for their Uniondale  office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Requirements:

• Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently
• Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice
• Trial experience a plus

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Hybrid HoursMinimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
