Contracts Manager – North America (Hybrid/Remote)
📍 Hybrid / Remote – North America-based (occasional travel to Allentown, PA)

We’re hiring a Contracts Manager to lead contract review, negotiation, and management across the U.S. and Canada. This is a direct hire role with a global company expanding its North American operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Review, redline, and negotiate customer contracts (MSAs, SaaS, service agreements).
  • Align contract terms with company policies and risk guidelines.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on complex terms or disputes.
  • Manage documentation, compliance, and process improvements.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of B2B contract management or negotiation experience.
  • Skilled at redlining and balancing legal and commercial needs.
  • Familiar with liability, indemnity, confidentiality, IP, and data protection.
  • Excellent communicator, organized, and proactive in a remote setting.
  • Bonus: experience with U.S. and Canadian contracts.
