Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior communities, and other healthcare providers.
• Promote our home care services through in-person sales calls, presentations, and community events.
• Meet and exceed monthly admissions goals by executing a targeted sales plan.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between referral sources and our care team, ensuring smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Proven healthcare sales experience, preferably in home care, home health, or hospice.
• Strong local healthcare network and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
