We’re a successful and expanding quick-service franchise with multiple high-volume locations across New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We’re looking for experienced Restaurant Managers who are ready to lead, drive results, and grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a shift team of 10+ to deliver an exceptional guest experience—every visit, every meal.

• Take full ownership of your store’s operations, P&L, and results.

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performance team.

• Control costs and optimize labor while maintaining high standards in food quality and customer service.

• Implement local store marketing and execute brand promotions that bring in repeat business.

• Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of QSR or fast-casual management experience. You know how to run a shift, lead a team, and manage a business.

• Proven success in hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance.

• Hands-on experience with inventory, ordering, food safety, and labor control.

• Strong customer service instincts and a sense of urgency.

• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule with 10-hour shifts.

• Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (Paid Weekly)
