Location: Remote-based role, would like someone who is based in the Midwest, Mid-South or Southeast, near an airport

Travel: travel will fluctuate, as much as 50% of the time

Comp: solid base salary with an aggressive commission structure, medical/dental/vision insurance benefits, 401K with company match

 

Overview:

My client is a new player in town – they filled their first barrel in January of this year after putting the finishing touches on a brand-new, quarter-of-a-billion-dollar distillery operation south of the Bourbon Trail. They will be standing up a few of their own brands over the course of the next several months, but the core of their business is contract distilling. That’s where you come in – you will work in collaboration with the CEO in pursuing that contract business. If you like building something and being part of growing something new, this is a great opportunity for you. Over the course of your first year as captain of the sales ship – you will be building out your team as well – eventually leading a group of people dedicated to the contract distilling business.

 

What You Bring to the Table

This company is looking for someone with deep contacts in the industry, who is passionate about the spirits industry, and who will be able to achieve some momentum in the contract distilling part of their business. Company ownership has been aggressive so far in making investments into the business and they see themselves as well-positioned to capitalize on the quickly expanding spirits industry
