We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide therapy services to K–8 students. This role focuses on helping students improve motor, sensory, and adaptive skills so they can fully participate in school activities and reach their academic goals.
\nResponsibilities: Conduct evaluations and screenings; develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals; deliver direct therapy sessions; consult with teachers and staff; support fine motor skills, self-regulation, and daily living tasks; participate in IEP meetings; document services and progress in compliance with state and Medicaid requirements; travel between school sites to provide consistent support.
\nQualifications: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; valid Michigan OT license (OTR/L); strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage a flexible, multi-site caseload. School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred; familiarity with IEPs, sensory integration, and assistive technology a plus.
