Our client, a technology company dedicated to creating safer, more dynamic financial markets, is looking for a Back-End Developer.

**This is in-office position.  You are required to work in the NYC office four days a week

About You:

You are an experienced, hands-on Back-End Developer with a strong background in Node.js, passionate about building scalable and efficient server-side solutions. A true team player, you are eager to contribute to a unique opportunity in the startup scene.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply best practices and modern methodologies efficiently to deliver scalable, secure, performant, and testable software solutions
• Apply web standards for accessibility, responsive design, and support for all browsers/devices
• Share knowledge and lead correct technological processes
• Work closely with designers, product manager, and QA

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of software development experience
• At least 6 years of experience with JavaScript Back-End/Full-Stack development
• At least 4 years of experience with NodeJS or any other back-end web framework
• At least 4 years of experience with JPA
• At least 4 years of experience with Postgres
• At least 4 years of experience with Kafka
• At least 4 years of experience with Spring Boot
• At least 4 years of experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Aws-Lambda
• Familiarity with React
