HR Manager

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping workplace culture and supporting organizational growth? We’re looking for a proactive, people-centered HR Manager to join our client's leadership team.

Our client is a well known, reputable and growing organization in the hospitality industry.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management
  • Serve as a strategic partner to department heads, advising on team structure, engagement, and development
  • Manage and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Own the employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive experience
  • Handle employee relations matters and conduct internal investigations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive process improvements
  • Comfortable with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and adapting to new technologies
  • Dependable, resourceful, and able to occasionally flex to meet the needs of a growing team
