What you’ll be doing:

• Handling day-to-day accounting including A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Posting financial transactions
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial records and statements
• Processing payroll accurately and on time
• Maintaining all business licenses
• Assisting with budget preparation and forecasts
• Supporting the CPA with tax prep and filings

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong command of QuickBooks Online
• A very strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
