Network and Systems Administrator - MSP

Are you a tech nerd who loves solving complex IT puzzles? Do you enjoy swooping in to save the day for clients with your mad troubleshooting skills? We protect servers from crashing, networks from lagging, and printers from... well, being printers.

We are an MSP on the hunt for a Tier 2 Network/Systems Engineer who’s not just great at tech but is also ready to bring some fun to our tight-knit team of IT heroes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Save the day for clients by resolving tech issues via phone, in-person, or electronically.
• Troubleshoot the hardest network and systems issues that plague our clients that no one else could figure out.
• Document everything (Yes, even the weird bugs), so clients and teammates stay in the know.
• Set up and deploy computers with data migrations so smooth you'll make butter jealous.
• Conquer IT projects like anti-spam setups, MFA deployments, and SharePoint migrations.
• Help with network replacements and new server installs.
• Keep calm and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be part of our on-call rotation, saving the world even after hours occasionally.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 5+ years of real-world IT experience (you’ve got battle scars to prove it!)
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation troubleshooting (your bread and butter)
• Intune setup & management wizardry.
• Expertise with MFA and conditional access setups
• DNS & DHCP troubleshooting
• Data migrations to SharePoint? You eat that for breakfast
• Active Directory GPO creation and troubleshooting? You could do that in your sleep
• You’ve got the magic touch with firewalls and Site-to-Site VPN setup
• Previous MSP experience is a huge plus (because you know the drill)

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (yes, that includes the server)
• Occasional need to stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch—IT yoga is real.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to get to clients’ locations

Job Type: Full-time

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holders only at this time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
