Newly created role!  Must have at least two years of plant safety experience within heavy industrial manufacturing operations along with a bachelor’s degree in safety or related technical field.  This position will support two local plants totaling (400) employees in the Cleveland area.  This role will be a member of the EHS Department and will report to the EHS Manager.     

This role will work closely with facility supervisors and support them through training in areas of investigations (ID root cause, make recommendations) and behavioral training related to human performance safety issues.  Focus on safety prevention versus reaction.  This is a fast-paced and challenging production facility due to the complexity of their operations. 

Outstanding career growth into other EHS leadership roles within larger facilities or corporate and divisional locations.
