What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with Sales and Product teams to identify new business opportunities and connect with potential clients using fresh, creative outreach techniques.
Build strong relationships with customers and industry contacts to support our reputation as a trusted name in the market.
Collaborate across departments to support the order process, contribute to team sales goals, and promote our specialized metal polishing services.
Stay on top of trends by attending trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to gather competitive intel and keep us in the know.
Deliver persuasive presentations that communicate the value of our services and demonstrate our capabilities with confidence.
Use our CRM to log activity, track leads, and ensure we’re staying on top of every opportunity.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area is a plus.
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience—ideally in metal polishing, fabrication, or construction.
A solid background in industrial sales is an advantage.
Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Strong business sense and strategic thinking help you spot the best opportunities.
You’re organized, prioritize well, and can juggle several projects without dropping the ball.
Willing to travel up to 50% and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (passport-ready preferred).
