Hands-on experience using monitoring tools and basic knowledge of equipment like compressors, gas turbines, and pumps.
Strong familiarity with upstream oil and gas operations and related air compliance standards.
Prior use of FLIR cameras for OGI inspections and LDAR activities is required.
Solid understanding of federal and state air quality regulations, especially 40 CFR Part 60 Subparts OOOOa and OOOOb.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time, prioritize effectively, and work independently in remote environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional approach when working with internal teams and external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and adaptable to using company-specific data management systems.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record in line with company standards.
Must be comfortable working in diverse outdoor conditions and navigating rugged terrain approximately 70–80% of the time.
The remaining 20–30% of the role will be performed in an office setting.
