Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Device and App Support:
    • Deliver expert technical support for iPads and litigation-specific mobile apps.
    • Resolve technical issues, configure devices, and provide training on legal software.
  • Video Editing and Multimedia Production:
    • Edit and prepare video content for trials and presentations using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
    • Ensure all multimedia output meets high-quality professional standards.
  • Litigation Technology and Trial Support:
    • Facilitate the use of trial presentation software and document review tools.
    • Operate audio-visual equipment for court settings and remote hearings.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Conduct training sessions on best practices in litigation technology.
    • Document procedures and troubleshooting steps to aid knowledge continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation support, ideally within a legal firm or department.
  • Demonstrated ability to support mobile devices, apps, and video editing in a professional environment.
  • Experience with trial presentation software such as TrialDirector or TrialPad.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities, particularly with mobile and presentation technologies.
  • Proficiency in iOS, mobile device management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
