Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent to run job sites from mobilization through closeout. You’ll lead field crews, manage subcontractors, and coordinate inspections to keep work moving—safely and on schedule. Our ideal candidate has built both public and private projects, knows how to keep a site organized, and takes ownership of every outcome on the ground.

This role is hands-on. You’ll be on-site every day, leading by example and solving problems in real-time. If you’ve managed multi-million dollar jobs and can keep subcontractors aligned without micromanagement, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations for commercial ground-up and tenant improvement projects
  • Lead and manage a field crew of 3–6 employees
  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules, material deliveries, and inspections
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and short-term schedules
  • Enforce safety compliance
  • Communicate regularly with PMs, inspectors, architects, and vendors
  • Solve issues as they arise without slowing down progress
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite
  • Track progress, catch issues early, and keep projects on schedule

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including 2+ as a superintendent
  • Experience managing both public and private projects
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
  • Proficiency reading construction plans and specifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with subcontractors and internal teams
  • Demonstrated track record of safety and on-time delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Previous small- to mid-size GC experience 
  • OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR certification, jobsite safety training
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Google Drive, Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
