Role: AI Lead Developer

While we are based in Atlanta, this role allows for 100% remote work.  Prefer those that live in ET or CT time zones. (Not West Coast)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Lead Developer to accelerate product development by rapidly prototyping and deploying foundational platform modules utilizing advanced GenAI technologies. The role focuses on enhancing architecture and significantly increasing engineering throughput to meet critical product milestones.

Mission: Rapidly design and prototype foundational platform modules leveraging GenAI to enhance architecture and significantly improve engineering throughput, enabling timely achievement of key product deliverables.

Key Competencies:

• Extensive software engineering experience in open-source platforms, SaaS, and cloud environments.

• Proven expertise in GenAI technologies, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.

• Ability to quickly create prototypes using AI-driven tools.

• Experience with prompt engineering is a plus.

• Demonstrated track record in rapid prototyping and iterative development using AI-driven code generation.
