A polished, high-volume upscale casual restaurant is seeking a General Manager to join our team and help drive success at our Midland, Texas location!

Restaurant Group is a growing, chef-driven restaurant concept known for its elevated American cuisine, and curated selection of cocktails, wine, and craft beer. The brand has expanded across Texas while maintaining its reputation for exceptional hospitality, chef-inspired cuisine, and a warm, energetic dining atmosphere.

Our Midland location is a guest-focused restaurant dedicated to delivering exceptional service, outstanding food, and a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. The restaurant blends upscale casual dining with a lively social environment, featuring wood-fired pizzas, signature entrées, handcrafted cocktails, extensive wine offerings, and popular brunch and happy hour programs.

Day in the Life:

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless daily performance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly teams to drive engagement and retention
  • Champion a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience
  • Monitor financial performance, including labor, cost controls, and revenue growth
  • Drive operational excellence through attention to detail and adherence to brand standards
  • Conduct regular leadership meetings and provide clear direction on goals and performance expectations
  • Partner with ownership and leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Act as the face of the restaurant within the community and build strong guest relationships
  • Maintain the high-energy, upscale casual atmosphere we are known for while ensuring consistent food and beverage quality

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a genuine commitment to its success
  • Strong leadership presence with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest experience
  • Performance-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a metrics-focused environment
  • Well-rounded business acumen, including financial management and operational oversight
  • Ability and willingness to relocate within Texas as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a team-oriented, small-company environment
  • Experience in upscale casual dining, chef-driven concepts, or high-volume hospitality operations preferred
  • Knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and elevated dining service standards is a plus
  • Driven, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to learn, develop, and advance within the company
