As our Restaurant Manager at our Tulsa location, you will lead the team to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager you will uphold high standards in sales growth, service quality, and staff development. Your role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining regulation compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead team to achieve high guest satisfaction and operational standards.
  • Maintain excellence in sales growth, service quality, and profitability.
  • Develop staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Schedule labor to meet business needs while controlling costs.
  • Administer corrective action for policy violations.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 1+ Years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Have an eye for detail.
  • Hard on standards and firm on the staff.
  • Experience managing large staff in a fast-paced environment.
