Day in the Life:
Support daily operations across both front-of-house and back-of-house
Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
Help manage team scheduling and labor to align with business needs
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
Step into operational roles as needed to support service and team success
Monitor and help control food, beverage, and labor costs
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager
Requirements:
Previous restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager or higher)
Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
Ability to work both front-of-house and back-of-house preferred
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including labor and cost control
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
