Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Full-Time | Executive

ABOUT US

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the longevity and wellness space, offering research-grade peptides and bioregulators manufactured in USA-registered, GMP-aligned facilities. Founded in 2024, the company is scaling rapidly toward $75–80M in annual revenue and is building the leadership infrastructure to match. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-margin, high-growth business at a pivotal inflection point and help build the operational foundation from the ground up.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking its first Chief Operating Officer to bring structure, accountability, and scale to a business that has grown faster than its systems. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will own the full operational engine — warehouse, logistics, customer service, technology, and middle management — and will be empowered to build the team and processes needed to support continued aggressive growth. This role is confidential.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Warehouse & Fulfillment: Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and carrier relationships. Drive a proactive approach to inventory forecasting and reorder management.

  • Customer Service: Lead and elevate a small but growing CS team, implementing systems, standards, and accountability to dramatically improve response time and customer satisfaction.

  • Technology & Systems: Audit and optimize the current tech stack across operations, fulfillment, and CS. Identify gaps and implement tools that support scale.

  • Middle Management Development: Build a layer of accountable middle management beneath you — identifying, hiring, and developing team leads across functions.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with the CEO and CMO to align operational capacity with marketing-driven demand, product launches, and revenue goals.

  • KPIs & Reporting: Define and track operational KPIs, delivering regular reporting to leadership with clear insights and action plans.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 8+ years of operational leadership experience, including direct oversight of warehouse/fulfillment and customer service teams.

  • You've scaled operations at a DTC or e-commerce brand — you know what good looks like and how to get there.

  • You are a builder. You thrive in environments without fully built systems and see blank-slate ops as an opportunity, not a red flag.

  • You have hands-on experience managing and optimizing tech stacks (WMS, CRM, helpdesk, 3PL platforms, etc.).

  • You lead with transparency, accountability, and data — and you expect the same from your team.

  • You are comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This role includes a base salary, performance-based incentives, and equity participation. Details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
