Day in the Life:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff
Foster a welcoming and positive dining environment for all guests
Monitor and support team performance to meet company expectations
Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
Collaborate with leadership to drive overall restaurant success

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service dining environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to uphold high standards of hospitality and presentation
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to delivering a positive and memorable guest experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
