The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement. This leader will coach and develop team members, maintain operational excellence, and create memorable guest experiences that inspire loyalty and repeat business.

Day in the Life:
• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture
• Inspire a hospitality-first environment where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for
• Drive team engagement through consistent coaching, recognition, accountability, and professional development
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage execution, cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant presentation
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and operating costs to achieve financial goals
• Monitor sales performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and genuine hospitality
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of new menu launches, promotions, and special events
• Support local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and guest loyalty
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards
• Foster a culture centered on teamwork, ownership, positivity, and continuous learning
Requirements:
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service dining environment• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen, including labor management, food cost control, and P&L accountability
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
