Job Title: General Manager

Restaurant Group is looking for a General Manager to lead our flagship Scottsdale location and drive exceptional performance!

Location is a high-energy, hospitality-driven restaurant concept known for delivering elevated dining experiences in a vibrant, upscale environment. Our Scottsdale location is one of our most visible and highest-performing restaurants, generating approximately $10M in annual sales.

We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and knows how to build strong teams while driving results. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, sets the tone for the entire operation, and is deeply committed to hospitality excellence.

Day in the Life:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, hospitality, and execution
Serve as the cultural leader of the restaurant, fostering a strong and positive team environment
Lead, mentor, and develop the Assistant General Manager, management team, and department leaders
Maintain clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization
Drive financial performance through P&L management, labor optimization, and cost control
Identify and execute strategies to sustain and grow a high-revenue operation
Lead hiring, onboarding, and training to build a high-performing team
Ensure all team members uphold brand standards of hospitality and professionalism
Analyze guest feedback and operational performance to continuously improve the experience
Oversee financial controls including cash handling, inventory, comps, and voids
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
Lead regular leadership meetings to drive alignment, accountability, and results


Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, high-visibility restaurant
Experience managing multi-million-dollar operations preferred
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Strong communication skills with a highly engaged, hands-on leadership style
Advanced financial acumen, including P&L and cost control management
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong team culture
Deep commitment to hospitality excellence and guest experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Availability to work approximately 55 hours per week
