Day in the Life:
Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
Manage inventory, ordering, and product control to maintain efficiency
Support hiring, training, scheduling, and development of kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all kitchen areas
Collaborate with front-of-house and beverage teams to ensure smooth service
Delegate tasks effectively and follow through to completion
Provide coaching, feedback, and leadership to build a strong team
Step into all kitchen roles as needed to support service
Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume and event-driven service
Requirements:
Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant setting required
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development
Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations preferred
Front-of-house focused leaders with proven experience will also be considered
Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and cost control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
