Front of House Manager
We're seeking proactive Managers to join our vibrant restaurant team. With multiple bustling locations, this is a fantastic opportunity for growth and leadership. Our Managers play a crucial role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivering exceptional service, and upholding our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and providing excellent service.
- Conduct informative pre-shift meetings to update staff and set goals.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff, working closely with fellow Managers.
- Assist in staffing, training, and monitoring financial metrics to maximize restaurant success.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized.
- Has knowledge in scheduling, training and day to day running the floor.
- Not a requirement, but if they have Restaurant openings in background-that's a plus.
