A polished, high-volume upscale casual restaurant is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team and help drive success at our Odessa, Texas location!
Restaurant is a growing, chef-driven restaurant concept known for its elevated American cuisine, and curated selection of cocktails, wine, and craft beer. Day in the Life:
- Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and exceptional guest service
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, set goals, and motivate staff
- Foster a collaborative, team-first environment alongside other managers and staff
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and floor management in a high-volume setting
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service excellence
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and support profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Step in to support service during peak times and maintain a visible leadership presence
- Maintain a polished and professional dining room atmosphere consistent with standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with scheduling, training, and managing day-to-day floor operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Restaurant opening experience is a plus
