Job Title: Restaurant Manager

A polished, high-volume upscale casual restaurant is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team and help drive success at our Odessa, Texas location!

Restaurant is a growing, chef-driven restaurant concept known for its elevated American cuisine, and curated selection of cocktails, wine, and craft beer. With multiple locations across Texas, the brand is built around delivering a unique, high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Day in the Life:

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and exceptional guest service
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, set goals, and motivate staff
  • Foster a collaborative, team-first environment alongside other managers and staff
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and floor management in a high-volume setting
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service excellence
  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics and support profitability goals
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Step in to support service during peak times and maintain a visible leadership presence
  • Maintain a polished and professional dining room atmosphere consistent with standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with scheduling, training, and managing day-to-day floor operations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Restaurant opening experience is a plus
