What you’ll do:

  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and speed

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop BOH team members

  • Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and scheduling

  • Maintain top-tier food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

  • Partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Resolve issues confidently while keeping teams motivated and engaged

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Kitchen Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant

  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

  • Confidence managing food quality, labor, and COGS

  • A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure

  • A genuine commitment to developing people and running a great kitchen
