What you’ll do:

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and speed

Hire, train, coach, and develop BOH team members

Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and scheduling

Maintain top-tier food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What we’re looking for:

Proven Kitchen Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Confidence managing food quality, labor, and COGS
