Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and providing excellent service.
- Conduct informative pre-shift meetings to update staff and set goals.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff, working closely with fellow Managers.
- Assist in staffing, training, and monitoring financial metrics to maximize restaurant success.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized.
- Has managed a department and made schedules for hourly employees.
- Strong dining room background. knows how to work the room, remember regulars and motivate the staff.
