Restaurant Service Manager
We’re hiring a Service Manager for a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant where crave-worthy food, standout beer, and genuinely warm hospitality are the standard. If you’re the kind of leader who loves being on the floor, reading the room, coaching in the moment, and driving results through great systems—you’ll feel right at home.
This role is made for experienced restaurant leaders who can balance flawless shift execution with the bigger picture: growing sales, developing talent, and strengthening culture. You’ll bring positivity, accountability, and a guest-first mindset to every shift—while keeping an eye on labor, quality, and the details that make service sing.
Why you’ll love it here
These restaurants are busy—which means consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and the chance to earn great income while leading a strong team. Just as importantly, we take care of our people as well as we take care of our guests.
